As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors alike. This position is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company or client vehicle as required. You will interact with a diverse community, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors as needed.
• Document all patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with client staff and local authorities as needed to address incidents or emergencies at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
