As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site - Full Time in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and monitoring access points to help maintain control over entry into the premises. You will interact with employees and guests, providing exceptional customer service while responding promptly to any security-related concerns or incidents. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and the perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and help to deter unauthorized entry within the facility.
• Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations as directed by Allied Universal and/or client policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
