As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol - Full Time in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a strong and approachable presence, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will engage with the public, provide clear communication, and support access control measures to help foster a positive environment. This primarily driving post offers an opportunity to interact with a diverse group of people while utilizing your customer service skills and attention to detail. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Work collaboratively with retail staff and/or management to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post and a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
