As a Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Site - Full Time in Sturtevant, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a bustling retail or mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for operating company vehicles during your patrols. You will be the first point of contact for those needing assistance, demonstrating strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail or mall environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere for employees, guests and property.
• Monitor entrances, exits and common areas to observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents and security-related issues as required by site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor management according to site-specific guidelines.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
