As a Security Professional - Government Facility Patrol - Full Time in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As an unarmed officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a government location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine checks of assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone you interact with. This position is primarily focused on driving, so you will be responsible for monitoring the premises in a vehicle and responding promptly to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random tours throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or potential hazards as part of routine site responsibilities.
• Collaborate with local authorities and/or emergency personnel as needed in response to incidents at the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of site tours, incidents, and observations for Allied Universal and client documentation purposes.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that primarily involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
