As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols and visible presence. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, assisting in helping to deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. This position is a driving post, requiring you to operate vehicles as part of your patrol duties. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide clear communication, and respond to security-related situations with professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols or while on post.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and uphold site protocols.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Support Allied Universal leadership and site management with additional security-related tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions, and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
