As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal serving a financial institution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all visitors, employees, and assets. Your presence will be key in providing peace of mind and delivering exceptional customer service, as you interact with individuals and respond to inquiries or situations as they arise. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remaining visible and approachable, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or clients by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support Allied Universal management in carrying out security-related protocols and contributing to a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
