As a Security Professional - Commercial Site Patrol - Full Time in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, monitoring access points, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact regularly with building occupants and guests, providing exceptional customer service while addressing questions or concerns. Utilizing technology such as computers or tablets, you will document observations and communicate important information as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, unauthorized persons, or unusual situations, according to established procedures.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related matters.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
