As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the property. Your visible presence and attentive approach will contribute to a secure environment for everyone on site. This position requires the ability to ride a bike and is a driving post, so a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal's driver policy requirements is necessary. You will interact with staff, visitors, and vendors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to various situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards, communicating findings to the appropriate personnel as required by site protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials of personnel and visitors.
• Support Allied Universal operations by maintaining accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with site management and other team members to address security-related concerns and provide a visible security-related presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike is required for this position.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
