As a Security Professional -  - Retail Site- Evening Shift in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment within a busy retail location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations as they arise. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle while performing your patrol duties. You will also engage with visitors, staff, and customers, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a welcoming environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, helping to monitor entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with team members, site staff, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
