As a Security Professional - Unarmed Post - FT in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within an automotive-focused location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting employees and visitors. You will be counted on to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to various situations that may arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any potential hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
• Document and communicate all security-related activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors with directions and general information as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment at the auto location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
