As a Security Professional - Retail Site Patrol - Driver in ALVARADO, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prestigious retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and engaging with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for patrolling in a vehicle as well as on foot. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or potential hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, and general support as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a welcoming and secure atmosphere within the retail environment.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
