As a Security Guard - Financial Site - Morning Shift in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a prominent financial institution. Your responsibilities will include regularly patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone on site. In this dynamic setting, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients, employees, and visitors, responding promptly and professionally to any security-related concerns. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as required. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the job state is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
