As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be expected to monitor access points, respond promptly to any security-related situations, and utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, initiating emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols specific to the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities during patrols, documenting findings as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as necessary.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents, concerns, or site needs.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times while performing patrol duties in the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card or security license is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badge management is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
