As a Security Officer - Industrial Site Patrol in Goldsboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial environment, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors alike. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
• Communicate with site staff and visitors in a professional manner, providing assistance as needed while maintaining awareness of security-related responsibilities.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
