As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading company in the tech, media, and telecom industry, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security-related presence at the front desk. You will help to deter potential incidents through your attentiveness and professionalism, responding promptly to inquiries and incidents as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of visitor and/or employee check-ins, deliveries, and other front desk activities.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activities at the front desk.
• Support emergency response activities at the front desk when appropriate, following site-specific procedures and guidelines.
• Provide customer service by answering questions about the location and directing individuals as needed, while maintaining security-related awareness.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
