As a Security Officer - Real Estate Access in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate setting, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. You will be a visible presence, ready to respond to situations with professionalism while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This position is a driving post, requiring you to operate vehicles as part of your duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing guidance and information related to site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site management and law enforcement as needed during emergency response activities.
• Operate access control systems and other security-related technology as required for the post.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license in the job state and meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions only.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
