As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading automotive location. You will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to all occupants. Your responsibilities include monitoring access points, assisting with badge and access control, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. You will interact with a variety of individuals, providing excellent customer service and clear communication at all times. By utilizing technology such as computers or tablets, you will help document your patrols and observations, contributing to a proactive and responsive security-related presence. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Report any observed irregularities, equipment malfunctions, or security-related hazards to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support overall site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
