As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for a prominent financial institution. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols of the assigned location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will engage with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of reliability, agility, and teamwork. This position involves driving responsibilities, requiring you to navigate the premises and surrounding areas in accordance with company driver policy. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the location.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and/or employees as needed to provide assistance or direction.
• Document incidents and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
