Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and screen individuals entering the location, verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact with visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner, providing customer service while upholding security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential threats and identify any security-related concerns.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and location protocols.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate any security-related issues to the appropriate authorities or management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
