As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting the security-related needs of a financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter potential incidents and promoting a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You will remain highly visible as you interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while representing Allied Universal at the location.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and protocols relevant to financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
