Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the location for unusual or suspicious behavior and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to the location and verify identification as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response efforts and communicate clearly with team members and site management during incidents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents as directed by Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
