As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a leading Tech, Media, and Telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, respond to security-related situations as they arise, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times. Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or authorizations as required by site policies.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate records as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
