As a Patrol Armed Officer in the aerospace and defense environment, you will play a critical role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols of assigned areas and maintaining a strong, visible presence. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for an armed post.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity in an aerospace and defense environment.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals entering restricted areas, in accordance with site-specific guidelines.
• Complete detailed incident and patrol reports, documenting observations and actions taken during shifts.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and public agencies as required, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and drills to maintain readiness for emergency and/or crisis situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a Level III Armed Certification if applying in Texas.
• Must have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• An Armed Guard Card or Armed Guard License is required. 
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
