As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a government location. In this armed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the assigned area, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and proactive communication. This role also requires driving responsibilities, allowing you to cover various parts of the property and respond as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols, both armed and unarmed as required, around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential incidents and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and interactions as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related issues at the location.
• Remain alert and prepared to address any security-related concerns that may arise during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
