As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential threats.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and observe for any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, observations, or any security-related matters encountered during patrols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences as required by site protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and vendors with inquiries or directions in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining access control protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
