As a Security Officer - Media Facility - Full Time in Boise, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and screen individuals entering the location in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors as needed.
• Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents and/or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure environment.
• Follow all site-specific policies and guidelines to maintain a professional presence at the location.

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
