As a Security Professional with Allied Universal assigned to a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in access control and security-related responsibilities. Your primary duties will involve monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to help to deter incidents and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will have frequent interaction with people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting the daily operations of a busy industrial site. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving responsibilities are part of the role. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and observe for any irregularities.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and other Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.
• Assist with the enforcement of site rules and regulations as directed by the client and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
