As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to company and location requirements.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity within the commercial real estate environment.
• Collaborate with property management, tenants, and/or visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Support Allied Universal and client expectations by maintaining professionalism and adhering to all policies and procedures specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
