As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a prominent commercial real estate location. Your primary role will involve monitoring access, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while assisting with security-related inquiries. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the building by greeting and verifying the credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including communicating with property management and/or emergency services when necessary.
• Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and professional conduct at the front desk.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, building management, and/or Allied Universal supervisors regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
