As a Security Professional Armed Aero Patrols in Redmond, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an integral role in maintaining a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols across designated areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations as they arise. This is an armed and driving post, where you will be required to carry a concealed weapon and operate a vehicle as part of your duties. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication in every interaction. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter security-related incidents and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately and promptly in reports as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Support the enforcement of site-specific policies and procedures to help to maintain order within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Must possess a valid and active concealed carry weapons permit.
• Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
