You will be responsible for monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Assist with access control procedures for authorized personnel and visitors at the commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related incidents.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and directing visitors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Document observations and incidents as required by Allied Universal and location guidelines.
• Collaborate with property management and/or local authorities during emergencies or as directed by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
