As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic transportation setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout designated areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and promptly responding to any situations that may arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, checking identification and/or credentials as required by site procedures.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.
• Assist with access control for authorized personnel and/or vehicles as directed by site policies.
• Maintain detailed logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.
• Support emergency response efforts, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific emergency protocols as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
