As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your primary duties will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all staff and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. You will play a key role in upholding Allied Universal's values by acting with integrity, demonstrating reliability, and fostering a caring environment through teamwork and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy Requirements for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
