Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Monitor and coordinate communication between personnel and relevant parties, dispatching resources as needed for incidents and routine operations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information and updates as required.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all activities, communications, and incidents for documentation and follow-up purposes.
• Assist in the implementation of security-related protocols and procedures specific to a technology, media, or telecom location.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Operate communication and monitoring equipment to facilitate prompt response and coordination during incidents and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
