As a Security Professional - Healthcare Site Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an important role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a healthcare location. Your responsibilities will include performing regular patrols, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding quickly to any situations that arise. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a primarily driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Document and report any irregularities, unusual incidents, or security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist staff, patients, and visitors by providing information and directions as needed.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for positions that primarily involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
