As a Security Professional Retail Patrol in Dupont, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Loss Prevention and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting loss prevention efforts at a dynamic location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help prevent incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals you encounter. You will serve as a point of contact for visitors and employees, responding professionally to inquiries and situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter loss and observe for suspicious activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to property and assets.
• Work closely with site personnel and visitors to promote a secure environment and address concerns as they arise.
• Document observations and incidents according to company and client protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
