As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will also be expected to respond promptly to any security-related issues, assist with access control, and communicate clearly with both team members and site staff. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.
• Report any observed irregularities, suspicious activity, or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required, following site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
