As a Security Professional - - Media Site Patrol - Full Time in Fort Wayne, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned locations to help create a secure atmosphere for all occupants and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and clear communication will support a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and respond to various situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
