As a Security Professional - Tech Site Patrol in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and building positive relationships through exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state, as you will be responsible for mobile patrols and responding to situations across the assigned area. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity or potential threats, reporting findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control processes by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
