As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for everyone on-site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents within the facility and/or surrounding area.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site procedures.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing guidance and information in a professional manner.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
