As a Security Officer - Media Facility - Full Time in Pacific, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an important role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic tech and media location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols across assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and offering outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will serve as a key point of contact, providing clear communication and support while responding to various situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and answering questions related to security-related matters at the location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for all occupants of the location, in alignment with company and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
