As a Security Professional - Armed Site Patrols in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a valued member of the Allied Universal team in a government location, you will serve as an Armed Patrol Officer, playing a key role in maintaining a secure environment for everyone on site. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for armed personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas as required by location-specific policies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in the use and handling of assigned firearms and adhere to all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings, reporting any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to management.
• Participate in ongoing training and drills to remain prepared for emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
