As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and promptly addressing any situations that may arise. You will interact with employees, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This post requires the use of a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be responsible for patrolling both on foot and by vehicle. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Monitor and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.
• Complete required reports and logs to document patrols, incidents, and observations as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Follow all company and site-specific protocols to support a secure environment for all personnel and property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license required in the state where the job is located for driving positions only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
