As a Dispatch Officer serving a financial institution location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the security-related operations of the site. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, coordinating communication between various teams, and responding promptly to incidents or requests for assistance. You will help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a strong presence and managing information flow, while also providing exceptional customer service to staff and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communications related to security-related activities within the financial institution location.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or requests for assistance as needed, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site personnel.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or vendors with inquiries related to security-related matters.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through timely communication and response.
• Assist with emergency response activities, following established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
