As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in access control, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to maintain a visible presence. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service while responding promptly to any incidents or requests for assistance. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and local authorities as required to address security-related matters.
• Assist in enforcing property rules and regulations to help to deter disruptive behavior and maintain order at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification and/or first aid training is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
