As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution environment, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and personnel entering the location. Your role will involve monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing clear and courteous communication to everyone you interact with. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a professional and approachable presence at the front desk, assisting with visitor management, and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, drivers, and/or employees in a professional manner at the front desk, verifying identification and providing appropriate access according to site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access to the logistics and distribution location.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and incidents as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate promptly with site personnel, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as needed in the event of unusual or security-related activity.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with directions, and supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
• Remain alert and attentive while stationed at the front desk to observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
