As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a secure environment within a government location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a strong and visible presence to support a sense of security, and responding professionally to any incidents that may arise. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as needed.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and uphold site-specific protocols related to access control and visitor management.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Must have 2 or more years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
