As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Specialist in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining visible throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to potential concerns as they arise. You will also interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related concerns, hazards, or unusual activities encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site management and/or local law enforcement as required for security-related matters.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Guard Card or security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
