As a Security Professional - Media Facility - Full Time in Boise, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Screener in a dynamic technology-driven location, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to help create a visible security-related presence. You will interact with a diverse group of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while addressing inquiries or concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verifying identification and visitor credentials according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel regarding any concerns or incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of screening activities, incidents and/or visitor logs as required by the site.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter prohibited items or activities at the location.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
